Osmind, a San Francisco-based company, today announced that it has integrated Zoom virtual visits into its electronic health record system to aid mental health professionals as part of its regulatory-compliant ISV Partner program.
WHY IT MATERS?
Clinicians can access the Osmind EHR to access a variety of digital tools that will help them meet high patient demand such as progress monitoring and journaling.
According to the company's announcement, Integrated Zoom virtual visits will allow mental health providers to offer more treatment options to vulnerable patients. This includes patients with severe or moderately severe mental health conditions.
Clinicians can create a virtual appointment for mental health using Zoom's secure HIPAA compliant video technology. They can share the link with patients and launch the meeting online from the Osmind app.
